She has numerous achievements and recognition including the Human Achievement Award: The Times, Easter Seals Lilli and Allan Shedlin Award, being included in the Book Of World Records by becoming the fastest disabled speed skier and many more.
What has been the most important factor that has helped you succeed in your life’s endeavors like business, charities and sports?H: Tough childhood, determination, planning, only needing five hours sleep a night which gives more time to get on with things…
You are involved in lots of charities. Which one is closest to your heart and why?H: That's a difficult one, difficult to whittle it down to one, but it would be landmine clearing ( we have cleared 21 million Sq meters in 9 countries) and Prosthetic assistance ( we changed over 400,000 lives) as well as animal welfare/cruelty awareness.
Can you tell us more about your venture VBites? Where do you want to see VBites in ten years?H: V Bites is an award winning, meat, dairy and fish free vegan alternative food company. It distributes to 24 countries around the world and in addition is now franchising cafe's, festival stalls, hot dog stands etc. My plan would be that it becomes an international major player that will save the environment, peoples health and animals lives with great tasting Vegan food…
What inspired you to start Alpine ski racing?H: At the age of 42 I was spotted skiing fast on holiday and it was suggested I join a Paralympic team, everybody laughed, which motivated me more and at the age of 49yrs old I currently have the world speed ski record of 166.84 kph, anything really is possible..
You have received plenty of awards and recognition. Which award is closest to your heart and why?H: Sorry two equally mean the most..
The UCI fellowship in Human security, as I had no education at the time myself, yet people studied my Human security/landmines work in their scholarship program.
And The Humane society Award for leading the Total ban on dog and cat fur into the EU from china..
Who is your inspiration?H: My child...Who I protect like a Lioness but has more wisdom than I…

Austria and India
Austria for the peace of the mountains and the people.
India for the people and the beauty and the incredible food.
What are your other hobbies?H: All sports, Counselling as a volunteer, playing saxophone..
What do you like to do when you are with your friends and family?H: Cook and play crazy party games and force everyone to get of social media…
